Walk Reports were initiated by MVR’s founder, Jim Spencer, in 1980 as a way of keeping a valuable record of the group’s activities – amusing anecdotes, notable pubs or future suggestions are all welcome. They provide valuable data for the Committee (and at the AGM) in reviewing the take up of different walks, and a means of noting where non-MVR or new members come from, together with a record in the event of any post-walk queries.
A copy of the Walk Report template can be downloaded from here.
After leading a walk, please complete your report and email it to the Walk Reports Coordinator with a copy to the Walks Programme Coordinator. For email addresses please see the Contacts page.
